Contactless linear position transducer with HYPERWAVE magnetostrictive technology; the absence of electrical contact on the cursor, eliminates wear and tear problems and consumption ensuring an almost unlimited service life.
High measurement performance with reference to nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis.
High resistance to vibration, mechanical shock, wide working temperature range.
High protection from external agents and immunity to EMC noise.
EtherCAT interface is the fastest industrial Ethernet technology*.
No need for dedicated hardware, distances up to 100 m, “on-the-fly” operation i.e. data and alarms are transferred in real time.
The sensor can operate in “free-run” or “synchronous” mode; in “Distributed Clocks (DC)” mode in synchronous communication offers a minimum cycle time of 250 µs
