Individual and group assessments are used to map the level of specific skills in order to highlight strengths to build on and gaps to fill related to job or project requirements.
FLY GEFRAN TALENT ACADEMY ASSETS
kenFLY
The Academy’s digital hub, it is accessible to employees all over the world, enabling them to hone their skills and expertise whilst exchanging experiences and knowledge. kenFLY was created in order to extend the FLY Gefran Talent Academy courses to all Gefran people around the world.
FLY Youth
This is the programme dedicated to recent graduates, who are progressively integrated in the company to facilitate the generational turnover. The structure of FLY Youth is called 4x4: 4 workshops for the development of 4 fundamental soft skills led by external educators and coaches, in addition to sessions held by the managers of the main company departments to help illustrate the Gefran Company System.
